How can I submit an application to live at Chimney Ridge of Clemson?

What are my home choices?

All houses have the exact same floor plan and dimensions of just over 2150 square feet, plus the full front porch with a fireplace. All bedroom suites are identical as well with large walk-in closet and large bathroom with granite counter tops.

What about security?

While apartment complexes are content on simply having a front gate to keep cars out (including your friends and the pizza guy), we have provided each home with it's own monitored home security system.

What are the amenities at Chimney Ridge?

What about internet?

Each house has wireless capability throughout as well as being hardwired in every room for high speed 3 meg service!

Do I have to take my garbage to a dumpster?

No, backdoor garbage pick-up is included! All you have to do is drop your garbage bag in the garbage can provided by us on your back patio.

A lot of my friends who applied last year did not get in. What are my chances of getting a house this year?

We are building the next phase of houses now so more space will be available. However, the popularity of Chimney Ridge has made the demand for new tenants absolutely staggering. We expect to be completely full early this year as well so the sooner you and your roommates apply, the better your chances.
